CSC Secretary General and UAE Commercial Attaché Discuss Economic Relations

Secretary General of the Council of Saudi Chambers (CSC) Dr. Saud Al Meshari received in his office the Commercial Attaché at the UAE Embassy in Saudi Arabia, Mohammed Al Qahtani, where the two discussed ways to foster economic and investment cooperation between the two countries.
Dr. Al Meshari noted the continued growth in the Saudi-Emirati relations as reflected in the size of their trade and joint investments, adding that Saudi investors are keen on fostering these relations further by seeking new channels of cooperation with their Emirati counterpart. He stressed the importance for both sides to explore their respective opportunities, especially in light of the robust economies in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
The Secretary General expressed CSC’s readiness to assist Emirati investors in any capacity, whether in offering facilitations or providing information, to help foster cooperation between the private sector institutions on both sides.
For his part, Al Qahtani assured the significance of investment cooperation between the Saudi and Emirati business communities, adding that the latter is keen on increasing trade and partnerships with their Saudi counterpart in various areas, and attracting more Saudi investments to UAE, which offers great value-added opportunities.
The two sides agreed on increasing delegation exchanges, as well as exchange of information and technical expertise to further enhance economic and investment cooperation between the two friendly countries.
