CSC Secretary General & Mozambique Ambassador Discuss Economic Cooperation

General of the Council of Saudi Chambers (CSC) Dr. Saud Al Meshari received in his office HE Ambassador of Mozambique to Saudi Arabia, Cesar Francesco Gouveia, where the two discussed ways to foster trade and investment relations between the two countries.
Dr. Al Meshari noted the Kingdom’s interest in exploring new markets as part of its future vision, and enhancing its exports to foreign countries, stressing the important role of the Saudi and Mozambican business sectors in fostering trade relations between the two countries. He expressed CSC’s readiness to assist in any capacity in this regard.
For his part, the Mozambican Ambassador expressed his country’s keenness on fostering economic relations with Saudi Arabia, pointing to the general agreement signed between the two countries on economic, trade and investment cooperation. He highlighted opportunities in Mozambique, particularly in mining, tourism, agriculture, oil and gas.
The meeting discussed organizing a Mozambican delegation visit to the Kingdom to explore cooperation opportunities. In addition to signing an MoU between CSC and the Mozambique Federation for Business Associations to enhance cooperation between the two countries respective business sectors.
